With the assistance of the private, public and legislative sectors we provide opportunities and access to change the norms (trajectory, pattern), of young people in traditionally underserved areas by closing gaps in urban education while empowering communities and transforming lives.

Changing Norms has selected a holistic approach to eradicate silos and connect resources that support schools districts in traditionally marginalized communities.
We are looking to partner with underserved and underperforming school districts in New York City to develop a formidable framework to increase academic achievement and grade-level performance metrics, and to enable students to attain college and career readiness.
Our mission is to empower schools and communities by closing academic and economic gaps. Our initiatives are designed to do the work it takes in an effort to transform the lives of a multi-talented young people. Young students historically disenfranchised due to geographic: a child’s demography should not be
their destiny.
